🩺 Ben Archer reversed course — after we broke the story

We reported that Ben Archer Health Center was requiring proof of citizenship to access care. Within 24 hours, the clinic system reversed course and notified partners — including Las Cruces Public Schools.

A state investigation followed, and the New Mexico Attorney General issued a formal directive.
